Our Story

Onwards HR was born over coffee, omelets, and grits. Seventeen years after they met on the campus of Georgia Tech, Sarah Rodehorst and Janice Yu Edwards reunited for breakfast at Flying Biscuit. The two had previously worked together at Connecture, a health insurance sales automation software startup. After going their separate ways, Sarah and Janice continued to launch B2B SaaS applications in the HR industry, boasting a combined 40+ years of experience. Together the two developed a first-of-its-kind offboarding technology, which they launched in 2019.

Onwards HR improves the offboarding process for employers and employees.
